GL Specialist

Looking for CA Freshers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with other teams in resolving the day to day issues in accounting ex; interface errors, payment rejections, BRS.
• Prepare balance-sheet schedules monthly to review them with related teams and GL controller, provide report to management /CFO on the risks.
• Prepare data for management reporting and audits and ensure we meet the timelines with high quality data points.
• Update and provide various reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to Holdings.
• Update on laws and accounting regulations to ensure that we report right numbers.
• Co-ordinate and complete audit requirements and timely completion of audits.
• Identify the process issues and translate them into pilot projects to drive for improvement till closure.
• Responsible for Monthly closure of books and management reporting to holdings.
• Maintain different set of books for IFRS and IND AS.

What do you bring with you?

• Educational Qualifications Qualified CA
• Experience – min 0-1 year PQE
• Functional Skills required - SME on IFRS and IND AS, tech-savvy, expert in audit procedures.
• Competencies that are expected - Delighting people performing out of the role today, leading change and securing their future.
• Timely reporting of Management Accounts.
• Timely completion of audits without any qualifications.
• Attain highest ratings in ICF ratings from statutory audits.
• Attain highest ratings in KCF and Internal control assessments by holdings.
• Strong participation in all the processes reviews and provide their feedbacks.
