GIS & Digital Twin Expert

Role Overview: You are a highly motivated and deeply enthusiastic GIS & Digital Twin Expert at Sustainability Economics.ai. Your role involves handling and storing geospatial data, conducting advanced spatial analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating data from various sources into Digital Twin platforms, and overseeing data quality protocols. You will lead the design and integration of GIS data into digital twin models for critical facilities, develop and maintain digital twin platforms, and conduct advanced spatial analysis to improve resilience and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities: - Geospatial data analysis handling and storing geospatial data - Raster & Vector data file handling - Conduct advanced spatial analysis, mapping, and data visualization - Stay current with GIS, Digital Twin, cloud, and IoT trends - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals - Oversee data quality, integrity, and update protocols - Integrate data from a range of sources into Digital Twin platforms for real-time visualization and predictive modeling - Lead the design and integration of GIS data into digital twin models for critical facilities - Develop, implement, and maintain digital twin platforms - Integrate real-time and historical geospatial data for accurate digital representation - Conduct advanced spatial analysis and scenario simulation - Document methodologies, workflows, and standards; train staff in digital twin and GIS best practices Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in GIS, Geomatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Proficiency with GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS), spatial databases, and digital twin environments - Experience in GIS Developer role, QGIS, ArcGIS, ArcPy, Python - Fluent in any one of the programming language e.g., Python/R/MATLAB - Strong reporting and writing abilities - Good communication skills - Strong technical and analytical capabilities - Troubleshooting the GIS database query as per requirement - Experience with handling NetCDF files, .tiff files, .shp files, geojson files Additional Details: At Sustainability Economics.ai, you will have the opportunity to shape a first-of-its-kind AI + clean energy platform, work with a small, mission-driven team obsessed with impact, experience an aggressive growth path, and leave your mark at the intersection of AI, design, and sustainability.,
