RV Educational Institutions are inviting applications for RV College of Architecutre for the position of Girls Hostel Warden.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Safety and Security

2. Enforcing rules and regulations.

3. Ensuring residents adhere to hostel policies and procedures. 

4. Controlling entry and exit points to the hostel, and maintaining security protocols. 

5. Being prepared to handle emergencies such as medical incidents, natural disasters, or

security breaches. 

6. Regularly inspecting the hostel for safety hazards and coordinating necessary repairs. 

7.  Addressing and resolving disputes among residents. 

8. Providing support and guidance to students facing personal or academic challenges. 

9. Organizing social events and activities to promote community engagement and a sense of

belonging. 

10. Keeping track of student attendance, incidents, and disciplinary actions. 

11. Overseeing the smooth functioning of the hostel, including maintenance, cleaning, and other

services. 

12. Handling hostel budgets and managing inventory. 

 Ensuring cleanliness, proper functioning of amenities, and coordinating repairs. 

13. Maintaining accurate records of residents, incidents, and other relevant information. 

Keeping parents or guardians informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns. 

14. Organizing events and activities that foster a positive and inclusive environment. 

15.  Enforcing rules and taking appropriate action in cases of misconduct. 

16.  Handling paperwork, reports, and other administrative duties.
