Ghostdraft Hub Developer

As a GhostDraft Hub Developer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in document automation and dynamic template development, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customer communication solutions using the GhostDraft platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to directly impact customer experience, efficiency, and compliance in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Your key responsibilities will include developing, configuring, and maintaining document templates using GhostDraft Hub, leveraging XML, JSON, and business logic to automate the generation of dynamic content. Collaborating with Business Analysts and clients, you will gather and understand requirements, design data integration and mapping strategies, and implement rule-based logic, layout formatting, and workflow automation. Thorough testing, debugging, and documentation of all development work, participation in peer reviews, and adherence to best practices in version control and deployment will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot any template or document issues that may arise. To excel in this role, you should possess 4-6 years of professional experience in document automation, preferably with GhostDraft Hub, along with proficiency in XML, JSON, and XSLT. Experience working with business rule engines and data mapping, a strong understanding of customer communication management (CCM) systems, familiarity with version control systems like Git, good communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders are required. Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset are essential for success in this position. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in industries such as insurance, banking, or legal where document automation is crucial, exposure to platforms like SmartCOMM, Quadient Inspire, or OpenText Exstream, understanding of APIs and system integrations, and experience in Agile environments and sprint-based delivery.
