Job Description

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Location:

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Fresher (01 year of relevant experience preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day operations and mechanical maintenance of the Crusher Plant, including equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and breakdown troubleshooting.
Maintain and regularly update maintenance logs, checklists, and equipment history records.
Follow safety standards and SOPs during all maintenance and operational activities.
Support root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures under the guidance of senior engineers.
Prepare and update Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and ensure timely data entry in SAP (PP & PM modules).
Assist in monthly crusher documentation and MRM (Monthly Review Meeting) updates.

Any Other Skill / Attribute:

Sound understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and plant machinery.
Willingness to work in field/plant environments, including exposure to crushing and rotating equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn and apply practical engineering concepts.

Personality Traits:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen listener with proactive thinking and problem-solving ability.
High level of discipline, integrity, and professional ethics.
Result oriented and committed to meet deadlines.
