Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vijayawada for a Guest Service Associate. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Daily tasks include greeting guests, facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs, assisting with event coordination, and performing various administrative duties. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Analytical Skills
• Basic knowledge of Finance
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Relevant experience in hospitality or event management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred
