As a German Trainer, you will be responsible for providing language instruction to students who are looking to learn or enhance their proficiency in the German language. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include: - Planning and preparing German language lessons tailored to the students" proficiency level, learning objectives, and interests. - Using a variety of teaching methods, materials, and activities to conduct German language classes that engage students and assist them in reaching their learning goals. - Evaluating students" progress, offering regular feedback on their strengths and weaknesses, and adjusting teaching approaches to cater to their individual learning requirements. - Assisting students in enhancing their German language skills, covering areas such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, comprehension, and conversation. - Cultivating a positive and supportive learning atmosphere that fosters student motivation, participation, and achievement. - Collaborating with fellow language trainers, educational experts, and support personnel to devise and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum. - Leveraging appropriate technology and digital tools to enrich the learning process and establish an interactive educational setting. - Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in language teaching and integrating them into your teaching methodology. - Designing and conducting assessments like tests, exams, and assignments to evaluate student progress and performance. - Maintaining accurate records of attendance, grades, and student advancement, and ensuring regular communication with students, parents, and other stakeholders. The requirements for this role may involve having a C1 level or a master's degree in German, education, or a related field, along with certification in German language teaching.
