Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Support International position located in Gurugram. The Tech Support professional will handle technical support queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer support, utilizing analytical skills to diagnose problems, and resolving technical issues promptly. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the team to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
• B2 to C1 certified candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Experience in a customer service environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous
