Job Title: Customer Service German Support

Job Overview:

We are looking for skilled professionals to join our German Support – Customer Service team in the Automobile domain. The role involves providing top-notch support to German-speaking customers while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and support requests in German for the Automobile process.

Deliver exceptional service and resolve customer issues effectively.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO – German Support.

Excellent German fluency (B2+ Certification preferred/required).

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Upto 7.5 LPA

Shift & Offs: 5.5 days working with rotational shifts & offs.

Cab Facility:

For males: 180 per night shift allowance.

For females: One-sided cab in odd hours.

Selection Process: HR Round, Operations Round, Client Round
