Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Sr. Associate in Sermo Experts, you will connect clients with qualified physicians, allied

healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders. You will manage incoming recruitment requests,

develop strategies to meet client knowledge needs, and build strong relationships with Experts,

including onboarding, communication, and scheduling engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage Expert recruitment requests from premier clients.
Assess client scopes and design recruitment strategies to meet knowledge needs.
Build and maintain relationships with Experts, ensuring positive engagement experiences.
Handle onboarding, ongoing communication, scheduling, and support for Experts.
Operate in a high-throughput, KPI-driven environment with competing priorities.
Ensure accountability for positive client and Expert outcomes.
