Marketing Associate- AI Training Program

Role & responsibilities

Team:

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across

  Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads

• Build and maintain email and WhatsApp drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
  
• Implement lead magnet strategies like free webinars, career guides, and sample lectures
  
• Measure and report campaign performance, and recommend actions to improve ROI
  

Audience Engagement & Conversion

• Respond to learner queries over email, chat, and WhatsApp in a timely and engaging way
  
• Manage registration funnels — from landing pages and forms to payment and CRM updates
  
• Design and execute nurture journeys that push interested prospects to paid participants
  
• Help run demo sessions, info calls, and community-driven events
  

Content & SEO

• Collaborate with content writers and designers to create marketing assets (posts, reels, emails, banners, etc.)
  
• Conduct SEO/SEM audits and implement on-page/off-page optimizations
  
• Research trends and keywords in the AI/education space to align campaigns with search behavior
  
• Explore newer formats for AI engine discoverability (e.g., prompt-based course discovery, LLM-optimized snippets)
  

Brand Development

• Support influencer outreach and partnerships with colleges, forums, and industry groups
  
• Create and maintain a vibrant social media presence for Zoomahead
  
• Identify community engagement opportunities like Reddit AMAs, Discord channels, Twitter chats, etc.
  

What We’re Looking For – Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of marketing experience in edtech, SaaS, or startup ecosystems
  
• Strong grasp of digital channels: Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, YouTube, Google Ads
  
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
  
• SEO/SEM knowledge and experience with basic keyword tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console)
  
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  
• Passionate about AI/tech education, with a learner-first mindset
  
• Bonus: Experience in community building or organizing webinars/events
