Process cases in the AXA Germany Life- Key accountabilities include quality in service delivery, work queue management and support to Process Leaders and Assistant Managers
Achieve proficiency in the process and deliver to the requirement of critical service delivery parameters by the end of the training period
- Provide quality service in area of cases handled
- Meet all critical service delivery parameters
- Manage work queues and personal priorities effectively
- Identify, facilitate, and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the process
