Interview process- 1 internal followed by Client round
Bachelors degree or equivalent in business, information system, analysis skills or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with business or process analysis
• Minimum of 3+ year of experience preferred with proven track record of success in previous role(s)
• 3+ years of experience supporting Call Center platforms or other technical applications
• Experience working with Customers Service Management (CSM) systems, such as ServiceNow • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on system performance and user experience.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform functionality and efficiency.
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks
• Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment
• BS/MS or equivalent in business, information system or related field or a combination of analysis skills and data background
