Job Title: Generic Buying Admin
Location: India
Reports to: Darpan Patel (Generic Team UK)
Purpose: To support the Generics Buying team in procuring and selling Generics from/to manufacturers and wholesalers at optimal prices with the objective of maximizing margins and ensuring product targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities: •End to end Purchase Order management with long term focus on reaching optimum on site stock availability; ensuring that all orders are on track for on time delivery through maintenance of the team delivery schedule.
Updating the system with order feedback and amendments. •
Respond to customer queries regarding invoices, delivery dates and delivery issues. •
Support with general administration within the Generics Buying Team. •
Heavy system usage across various platforms; ranging from PO raising, completing amendments and report distribution.
Person Specification: Essential: · Strong written & verbal communication skills · Strong interpersonal skills. · Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload. · Good attention to detail. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word Name of Employee Signature: Date: Line Manager Signature: Date: The above list is not exhaustive.
