Description

We are seeking an experienced Generator Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of generator systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on generators, ensuring optimal performance.
Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot generator systems.
Conduct inspections and tests on generators to ensure they are operating within specifications.
Install new generator systems and components as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

Skills and Qualifications

3-10 years of experience in generator maintenance and repair.
Strong understanding of diesel and gas generator systems.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Knowledge of electrical systems related to generators.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
