About Position:

We are conducting an in-person hiring drive for the position of GenAI Engineer in Pune & Bengaluru on 23rd August 2025. Interview Location is mentioned below:

Bangalore - Persistent Systems, The Cube at Karle Town Center Rd, DadaMastan Layout, Manayata Tech Park, Nagavara, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560024

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design and build intelligent systems using state-of-the-art generative models. You will work on developing applications powered by large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and other generative techniques to solve real-world problems across domains like content generation, automation, and personalization.

Job Location: All Persistent Locations
Experience: 4 to 12 Years
Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

Design, fine-tune, and deploy generative models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers)
Build applications using foundation models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Stable Diffusion)
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate GenAI into user-facing solutions
Evaluate model performance, safety, and alignment with business goals
Conduct prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) experiments
Stay current with GenAI research and apply emerging techniques to production use cases

Expertise You'll Bring:

Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or related field
4+ years of experience in machine learning or AI development
Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative models (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI APIs)
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Understanding NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures
Experience with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and prompt optimization
Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development tools
