Generative AI Engineer

As a Lead Software Engineer focusing on Generative AI development, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation within our technology team. Your main responsibilities will include designing and developing Generative AI applications, integrating GenAI services and APIs into existing platforms, building scalable backend services and data pipelines, exploring use cases for GenAI applications, mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, and championing MLOps practices for model deployment and management. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 2-3 years working directly with AI/ML models or GenAI solutions. Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (especially GCP Vertex AI), and ML frameworks is essential, as well as hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and embeddings. You should also have a solid understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, data preprocessing, deployment pipelines, CI/CD pipelines, API development, and cloud-native architectures. Additionally, strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
