Job Description

Key Skills: Machine Learning, Core Java, Roles and Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end AI application development, from ideation to production deployment. Work across backend, frontend, automation, and data pipelines with a boundaryless technology approach. Design and fine-tune large language model (LLM) prompts, embeddings, and AI agents for domain-specific applications. Build scalable, secure, cost-efficient, and privacy-conscious AI solutions. Implement robust testing mechanisms to mitigate prompt drift, hallucinations, and model regressions. Maintain high standards in code hygiene, CI/CD practices, and technical documentation. Collaborate with analysts and data engineers to ensure data pipeline quality and readiness. Formulate and validate hypotheses in close collaboration with stakeholders. Champion rapid prototyping with a build-fast, fail-fast, and learn-faster mindset. Apply lean experimentation methodologies to validate ideas before resource commitment. Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Business, Security, and Legal teams to solve real-world problems. Foster a culture of learning through internal POCs, demos, workshops, and tech blogs. Stay abreast of evolving Generative AI trends, tools, and advancements, evaluating opportunities for integration. Experience Requirement: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on backend systems and scalable architectures. 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing Generative AI applications (e.g., AI bots, AI agents) using tools like AWS Bedrock, LangChain, RAG pipelines, agent-based frameworks, vector databases, LLMs, and NLP techniques. Proficient in Python and experienced with modern ML/AI libraries and frameworks. Demonstrated expertise in developing LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering and performance tuning. Deep understanding of AI-specific data privacy, security, and cost-effective design principles. Skilled in handling both structured and unstructured data for retrieval and transformation. Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive learning attitude. Education: B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), B.Tech.
