1. Job Title: Generative AI Developer (Immediate Joiner Preferred) Location: Onsite – Bhopal Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2–5 years Company: Brandsmashers Tech 2. Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate Generative AI Developer to join our R&D team and work on real-world applications of LLMs , diffusion models , prompt engineering , and custom AI model development . This role requires strong programming skills and a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts. Immediate joiners will be given preference. 4. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and fine-tune Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E). Integrate LLMs into web or enterprise products via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.). Develop tools for prompt engineering , chatbots , text generation , image generation , etc. Conduct experiments on model fine-tuning , embedding creation , and vector databases . Optimize Gen AI applications for performance, cost, and scalability. Collaborate with frontend/backend engineers, designers, and stakeholders. 5. Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Artificial Intelligence , or related field. Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development , with a focus on Generative AI . Availability: Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days are preferred. 6. Skill Set:Must-Have: Experience with Python , especially PyTorch or TensorFlow . Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers , LangChain , OpenAI API , or LLM frameworks . Strong understanding of NLP , text-to-text , and text-to-image models. Knowledge of prompt design , zero/few-shot learning , and embedding-based retrieval (RAG) . Hands-on experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS. Good to Have: Experience deploying Gen AI apps on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) . Familiarity with FastAPI , Streamlit , Docker , or Gradio . Research or contribution to open-source Gen AI projects is a plus.
