Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, onboarding vendors, and driving revenue growth for Brandsmashers' IT and software services. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Identify potential vendors, clients, and business opportunities through market research and networking. ✅ Ensure a minimum of 20% vendor onboarding per company norms. ✅ Pitch software solutions and digital transformation services to clients. ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and vendors. Address customer concerns and ensure long-term business partnerships. ✅Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts. Handle negotiations effectively to close deals and onboard vendors. ✅ Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business growth strategies. Requirements: ✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. ✔ Experience: 0-3 years in business development, sales, or IT services. ✔ Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach. Basic knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and cloud technologies (AWS, React, Java, etc.) is a plus.
