General Surgeon

Role & responsibilities

Primary:

• Provide clinical and anatomical expertise to guide the development of medical simulation products.
• Review, validate, and refine surgical and anatomy-related content used in simulators.
• Support the design and testing of laparoscopy simulation modules and other procedural simulations.
• Collaborate with product managers, software developers, and 3D content teams to ensure medical accuracy.
• Assist in creating instructional materials, clinical guidelines, and user workflows for simulation tools.
• Stay updated with advancements in surgical techniques, medical education, and simulation technologies.

Secondary

• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for medical colleges, faculty, and clinicians.
• Participate in research activities, publications, and clinical validation studies for simulation tools.

Qualification

• MBBS, MS (General Surgery) - Required
• 05 years of clinical or surgical experience.
• Hands-on exposure to laparoscopic surgery (assisting or performing).
• Strong understanding of human anatomy, surgical procedures, and clinical workflows.
• Interest in medical simulation, MedTech, and innovation in healthcare training.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with doctors, educators, and students.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams.
