As the GM/VP of Digital Marketing for a leading real estate company, he/she will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth through a dynamic and innovative digital strategy. Your vision and leadership will shape the digital marketing approach, enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversion rates across various digital platforms. He/She will manage a team of digital marketing specialists, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure all campaigns are data-driven and aligned with the company's high-end market positioning. Key Responsibilties: Strategic Leadership: - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and overall sales growth for luxury residential and commercial projects. Performance Marketing: - Lead the creation and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and others to enhance conversion rates and ROI. Data-Driven Decision Making: - Analyze and interpret key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CLV, etc.) to optimize digital marketing initiatives and ensure consistent, measurable success. Market Research & Segmentation: - Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to tailor campaigns that resonate with luxury buyers and investors. Collaborative Campaign Development: - Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to develop compelling, on-brand marketing assets, ensuring a unified message across all digital platforms. Budget Management & Optimization: - Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels, with a focus on maximizing ROI and sales performance. Technology & Tools: - Utilize leading digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics and automation platforms to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights. Reporting & Insights: - Prepare and present detailed performance marketing reports to senior management, outlining campaign performance, key learnings, and opportunities for further optimization. Innovation & Trends: - Stay ahead of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, ensuring the company's strategies are innovative and reflective of market changes, particularly in the luxury real estate sector. Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and professional growth. Ensure all team members are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Brand Positioning: - Ensure all digital marketing efforts reflect the company's brand identity, positioning the company as a leader in the real estate market. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferably from IIM's, IIT's and Premium Tier 1 B-Schools. - 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with significant experience in luxury real estate or high-end consumer brands. - Proven experience in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and campaign optimization. - Strong analytical skills, with expertise in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. - Strong understanding of the luxury market and the unique buyer journey within the real estate sector. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data to senior stakeholders Location-Delhi NCR,Bangalore,Chennai,Pune,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Mumbai,Hyderabad
