Promote a culture of discipline, accountability, and teamwork. Strategic Planning Collaborate with leadership on strategic goals and company vision. Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement. Ensure execution of strategic initiatives across departments. Financial Oversight Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. Ensure profitability through smart resource planning and revenue growth.
