Role Overview: The Sales General Manager (GM) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and expanding IndiaFilings' market presence. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills to achieve business objectives and enhance client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to optimize performance and achieve sales goals. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels to expand IndiaFilings' market reach. Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements for better conversion rates.
