Role & responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Implementation of companies short to Mid-term Strategic Goals for Sales Function Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Develop a sales model & Team for a focused sales methodology that is repeatable and scalable. This is to be done in co-ordination with senior management & external Consultant. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships. Take Company to Leadership position in every sales channel once Model is implemented. Manage and motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives. Look to play leadership role during Geographic expansion phase. Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team. Track sales performance and analyze market trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints. Prepare sales reports and present to senior management. Company vision We are aggressively planning to position ourselves among the top Paper distributors Nationally. Develop Scalable models for Sales, Backend operations & Warehouse Logistics, that are supported by custom IT solutions. (We are actively doing so already). Develop models that are exportable to different geographical locations at the same time well managed centrally.
