Job Description

You will be responsible for directing, managing, leading, developing, and growing the sales organization. Your primary focus will be on business development in the automotive market, targeting large dealer groups, Automotive OEMs, and Advertising Agencies. You will need to effectively demonstrate izmocars solutions and communicate the value proposition to technical, marketing, and management audiences. Maintaining an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts, and account history is crucial, along with providing appropriate reports to izmocars management. Your performance will be measured against individual business development and sales quotas, requiring close collaboration with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating sales professional development and performance, establishing goals and objectives for effective execution, and optimizing the productivity of the sales team. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of a coordinated marketing strategy for short and long-range plans impacting the organization's product lines. As the ideal candidate for this role, you should have demonstrated success in developing and leading a national sales team, achieving successful market penetration. A minimum of 10 years of experience in software solutions sales, digital sales, or CRM, preferably within the automotive industry, is required. Strong connections within the automotive industry, particularly with Automotive OEM executives, Auto Dealers, and Agencies, are essential. Experience in selling in a multi-product environment is highly valued. Your ability to interact effectively with external and internal key contacts, as well as C-level decision-makers to build long-term relationships, will be critical to your success. Strong organizational and communication skills, including oral presentations, written documentation, computer proficiency, and the capacity to engage with a diverse customer base, are key attributes for this role.,
