Currently, izmocars is seeking a General Manager, Sales to assume leadership of the sales team in India and bolster the sales organization to align with the company's growth objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role holds significant importance within the company's management structure. This position, based in Bangalore, requires on-site work as a hybrid or work-from-home arrangement is not available. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position. Job Description: - Direct, manage, lead, develop, and expand the sales organization. - Engage in business development within the automotive market, focusing on large dealer groups, Automotive OEMs, and Advertising Agencies. - Present izmocars solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition to technical, marketing, and management audiences. - Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts, and account history, providing relevant reports to izmocars management. - Meet and surpass individual business development and sales quotas. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams, exhibiting a strong commitment to client satisfaction. - Evaluate Sales professional development growth and implement effective performance monitoring. - Set goals and objectives to ensure efficient execution and optimize the productivity of sales professionals. - Contribute to the development of a coordinated marketing strategy for both short and long-range plans concerning product lines impacting the organization's business. Qualifications and Experience: - Demonstrated successes in developing and leading a national sales team with successful market penetration. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Software solutions sales/Digital/CRM, preferably within the Automotive industry. - Strong connections within the automotive industry, particularly with Automotive OEM executives, Auto Dealers, and Agencies. - Experience in selling in a multi-product environment. - Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with external/internal key contacts and C-level decision-makers to establish long-term relationships. - Proficiency in organizational and communication skills, including oral presentations, written documentation, computer skills, and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.,
