Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management

• Plan and execute daily production for

  PET bottling lines, blow moulding machines

  , and

  jar lines (5L/10L/20L)

  .
• Operate blow molding machines efficientlyfrom

  preforms to bottles

  with minimal wastage.
• Achieve daily production targets and work on continuous improvements to enhance

  line OEE

  .
• Maintain strict control over hourly production, downtime, wastage, and utilities.
  

Technical & Maintenance Oversight

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with

  RFC bottling lines

  ,

  jar lines

  , and

  shrink tunnels

  .
• Manage

  preventive and breakdown maintenance

  of all production and utility equipment.
• Oversee utilities including:
  

• RO Plant, UV, Ozone Systems

• Air Compressors, Chillers

• DG Sets & Solar Plant Performance

• Coordinate with Maintenance teams to ensure high equipment uptime and quick troubleshooting.
  

Team & Shift Leadership

• Lead and supervise

  operators, technicians, and shift teams

  across multiple shifts.
• Ensure optimal manpower allocation and discipline on the shop floor.
  
• Provide on-the-job guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
  

Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain daily MIS reports:

  hourly output, downtime, wastage, utility consumption

  , and shift summaries.
• Ensure compliance with

  hygiene standards, GMP guidelines, sanitation protocols

  , and

  safety norms

  .
• Coordinate with

  Quality Assurance, Stores, Maintenance, and Operations

  teams for smooth plant functioning.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7 - 12 years

  of experience in

  beverage manufacturing, packaged drinking water, FMCG bottling, or PET bottle plants

  .
• Strong technical expertise in

  PET blow moulding machines

  and

  bottling lines

  .
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-shift operations.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting, decision-making, and process control skills.
  
• Strong discipline, reporting skills, and ownership of daily operations.
  
• Willingness to relocate and take full responsibility for production operations.
