Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a General Manager - Marketing & Administration. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing and administrative functions, including developing marketing plans, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and leading sales initiatives. Additionally, the General Manager will manage and coordinate team activities to ensure efficient operations and strategic goal achievement.

Qualifications

• 8-10 Years Experience in Marketing and Administration role
• CPL Holders preferred
• Must be proficient in English & Hindi
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Experience in Aviation & Pilot Training industry is a plus
