General Manager - Hydraulics and plastic injection moulding

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the business growth within the organization. Your role will involve leading a team of employees in the factory by delegating responsibilities in coordination with the existing team. You must have a strong knowledge of Hydraulics and plastic injection moulding machines. Your main responsibilities will include providing pre and post-sales technical assistance, offering technical support to clients as needed, and developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers and suppliers. You will be tasked with tracking and reporting on various market strategies to enhance overall sales performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and following up on sales leads to successfully close deals. It will be your duty to oversee and implement the full sales cycle while ensuring client retention. Furthermore, you will play a key role in developing new streams and segments to drive overall business development. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in Hydraulics, plastic injection moulding machines, pre/post sales-technical assistance, technical support, and developing new streams. The work location for this position is in person.,
