General Manager - Hydraulics and plastic injection moulding

As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the business growth within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and supervising the team of employees in the factory by delegating responsibilities and coordinating with the existing team. - Providing pre/post sales-technical assistance to clients. - Offering technical support to clients whenever necessary. - Developing and maintaining relationships with both existing customers and suppliers. - Monitoring and reporting on various market strategies to enhance overall sales. - Identifying, evaluating, and following up on sales leads to effectively close deals. - Overseeing the full sales cycle and ensuring client retention. - Exploring new streams and segments for business development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience: - Minimum 10 years of experience in Hydraulics and plastic injection moulding machine. - Minimum 3 years of experience in pre/post sales-technical assistance, technical support, and developing new streams for business development. Please note that the work location is in person and the job type is full-time with a day shift schedule.
