General Manager / AVP

We’re on the lookout for two seasoned professionals from the advertising agency world to join our team:

👉 One for Gurgaon

👉 One for Noida

🔹 Role: Business Development / Client Servicing

🔹 Experience: 10–15 years (agency background is mandatory)

🔹 CTC: ₹15–20 LPA

🔹 Location: Must be a local resident (no long daily commutes)

🔹 Media Expertise: Strong experience in Print, Radio, TV. Digital is a plus.

We’re not looking to train or handhold – we need professionals who can hit the ground running:

✔️ You understand agency operations inside-out

✔️ You’ve handled tough clients – and the even tougher part: payment recovery

✔️ You can independently manage accounts, drive growth, and deliver results
