General Accounting Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  month-end journal entries, accruals, and other deliverables

  as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare and review

  high-quality balance sheet reconciliations

  , ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
• Ensure month-end activities, including straight-line & accrual entries, are completed on time.
• Adhere to defined SLAs for all assigned activities, ensuring process discipline and timeliness.
• Identify opportunities for

  process enhancements and automation

  to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure

  100% compliance

  with internal controls, SOX requirements, and organizational policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Commerce, OR CA Inter.

• 15 years of hands-on experience

  in General Accounting processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong conceptual understanding of

  accounting principles and processes

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  and exposure to ERP applications (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams.
