Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervision: Directly oversee machine operators, assemblers, or other factory workers during shifts.
Production Management: Ensure daily or weekly production targets are met on schedule.
Quality Control: Monitor output to maintain quality standards and minimize defects.
Training & Mentoring: Instruct new employees on safety procedures, machinery use, and production processes.
Safety Enforcement: Make sure safety protocols are followed and report any hazards or incidents.
Recordkeeping: Maintain logs of production, attendance, and equipment maintenance.
Communication: Report to plant managers or engineers about progress, issues, or resource needs.

Skills & Qualities

Leadership and people management
Technical understanding of production equipment
Problem-solving and decision-making
Communication and teamwork
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
