Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager located in Vasai Virar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the sales team to meet annual sales targets, developing and implementing profitable sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Other responsibilities include conducting market research to identify and exploit new business opportunities and analyzing sales data to measure performance and adjust strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies, and meet annual sales targets
Proven success in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
Ability to analyze sales data to measure performance and adjust strategies as needed
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with CRM software, and Google Analytics would be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
