Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive General Administration Supervisor to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments. The role involves supervising support staff, managing office facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating administrative activities to improve organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily administrative operations, ensuring timely and efficient support to all departments.
  • Oversee office facilities, housekeeping, maintenance, vendor management, and related services.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, assets, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping for administrative purposes.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor administrative expenses to ensure cost control.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for administrative operations.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees as required.
  • Supervise administrative staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements in the workplace.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for administrative matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in administration, facility management, or office supervision.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: ₹10,927.05 - ₹18,000.00 per month
