Position Overview:
We are looking for a GenAI & LLM Developer with 3–4 years of experience to work on advanced projects using Generative AI and Large Language Models like Llama2 and ChatGPT. You will help build, fine-tune, and deploy AI solutions while collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs and Generative AI models (Llama2, ChatGPT).
• Handle data preprocessing and build training pipelines.
• Train, evaluate, and optimize AI models for performance.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/NLP advancements and apply them to projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Solve technical challenges and improve existing AI workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, AI, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or LLM-based work.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and model fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases and RAG pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
