Overview:

We are seeking a Generative AI Developer with a passion for building next-generation AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Agentic AI, AI Agents, and Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, multimodal AI), and can work collaboratively in a team while guiding and training peers.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize Generative AI models (LLMs, transformers, diffusion models).

Build and integrate AI agents and agentic AI workflows to solve real-world problems.

Apply SOLID principles for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Conduct rapid prototyping, fine-tuning, and evaluation of generative models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven features into applications.

Provide training and mentorship to teammates to uplift team skills.

Document workflows and share knowledge to strengthen the team’s AI capabilities.

Handle and participate in AI client calls and projects, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.

1–2 years of industrial experience in AI/ML development.

Strong knowledge of LLMs, transformers, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain, or RAG pipelines.

Exposure to agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents).

Understanding of SOLID principles and clean coding practices.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to handle team collaboration, mentor peers, and take responsibility for deliverables.

Professional client interaction skills with the ability to represent AI solutions confidently.
