Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design & implementation
of
Generative AI solutions
, incorporating
NLP, text analytics, sentiment analysis, transformer models, LLMs, and vector databases
.
Develop and execute Gen-AI roadmaps
, ensuring smooth
ideation-to-deployment
execution.
Innovate & experiment
with
cutting-edge Generative AI
technologies to enhance product offerings.
Optimize Gen-AI algorithms, models, and frameworks
for robustness, efficiency, and accuracy.
Work with stakeholders
to translate
business needs into scalable Gen-AI solutions
that drive tangible value.
Deploy AI models into production
, ensuring
scalability, reliability, and performance
.
Lead cross-functional teams
in implementing
Gen-AI solutions using Python, Flask, FastAPI, SQL, and JavaScript
.
Provide mentorship
and cultivate a
culture of AI excellence and continuous learning
.
Stay updated
with advancements in
LLMs, RAG, and AI-driven applications
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on expertise
in
AI/ML frameworks & tools
(e.g.,
Langchain, LangGraph
).
Experience working with
agentic frameworks
.
Proficiency in
Azure AI Search, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
.
Cloud platform experience
(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Extensive experience in
Python application development
with strong
OOP concepts
.
Ability to write
modular, maintainable, and scalable code
.
Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
.
A proactive and
innovation-driven mindset
.
