Role Overview As a Content & Prompt Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating clear, concise, and accurate content across multiple projects, including summarization tasks, prompt engineering, and guideline interpretation. Your close collaboration with our AI and content teams will ensure that our deliverables meet both client expectations and high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Summarization Tasks: - Comprehend complex text from diverse domains such as business, technical, and marketing. - Extract key points and generate concise, clear summaries reflecting the original content accurately. 2. Prompt Engineering: - Develop and enhance prompts for AI-based systems to produce desired outputs. - Collaborate with the AI team to refine prompt designs and improve model performance. 3. Guideline Adherence: - Thoroughly analyze and interpret project-specific instructions, style guides, or editorial rules. - Ensure all deliverables adhere to formatting, tone, and language requirements. 4. Quality Assurance: - Conduct self-reviews and peer reviews to uphold high standards. - Revise content based on feedback from stakeholders or automated tools as necessary. 5. Communication & Collaboration: - Engage closely with cross-functional teams (AI specialists, project managers) to align on objectives. - Share insights and best practices to enhance project workflows continually. Qualifications Exceptional English Writing Skills: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written content with strong grammar, vocabulary, and clarity. Attention to Detail: Proven track record of meticulously following guidelines and ensuring work accuracy. Analytical Thinking: Ability to comprehend and summarize complex information or instructions. Adaptability: Comfortable working on varied projects and learning new tools or frameworks. Collaboration: Willingness to communicate effectively with team members, seek clarification, and offer feedback. Nice-to-Have (but not required) - Experience with AI or machine learning concepts. - Familiarity with prompt engineering for generative AI tools. - Previous work in content creation, editorial review, or copywriting. - Background in linguistics, literature, or communication.
