Job Description

Position: Gen AI Engineer

Location:

Job Overview:

As a Generative AI Engineer in our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models to solve complex problems and drive innovation across our organization.

You will work closely with software engineers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate
generative AI
models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.)
Implement prompt engineering and
retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
pipelines
Develop APIs and services for integrating generative AI into products
Build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines (e.g., data preprocessing, model training, inference serving)
Conduct experiments, benchmark models, and contribute to model selection
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and infrastructure teams
Monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and safety in production
Stay current with state-of-the-art research in generative AI and foundation models

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience working with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and generative models
Experience with
LLM
s like GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral, or similar
Proficiency in Python and ML tooling
(e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, Weights & Biases)
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
