About The Role : We are looking for Generative AI (Gen AI) Lead Engineer and will be working with Wipro on prestigious project. And will be leading innovative changes and implementing cutting edge technolgoies to optimize the delivery. Hugging Face Transformers (must) (3Y) LangChain v0.2 & v.0.3 (must) 1Y Lang-graph (must) 1Y PyTorch, TensorFlow (must) 2Y Model parallelism (must) OPEA (Good to know) (XAI) Explainable AI Methods & Processes (1Y) Must have strong experience in following skills Hugging Face & LangChain and LangGraph Must have strong experience in usage of AI/ML Toolkits/Libraries Must have an experience in writing dynamic interface classes, middleware, plugins, Must be able to create SDKs for other developers to consume Must have experience in Fine Tuning Gen AI Models Must have experience in building ReAct(Reasoning & Acting) Agents Must have experience in Evaluating & Validating AI/ML System Metrics Deliver No. Performance Parameter Measure 1. Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software 100% error free on boarding & implementation, throughput %, Adherence to the schedule/ release plan 2. Quality & CSAT On-Time Delivery, Manage software, Troubleshoot queries, Customer experience, completion of assigned certifications for skill upgradation 3. MIS & Reporting 100% on time MIS & report generation
