Gen AI Engineer

As a Senior Data Scientist / AI Specialist at GlobalLogic, you will be joining a dynamic team with a strong foundation in Python programming, data science methodologies, and deep learning. Your role will involve prior experience in conversational AI, natural language processing, and working with large language models (LLMs). **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop creative and effective prompts for natural language understanding - Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate prompts into conversational interfaces - Continuously iterate and refine prompts to improve the quality and performance of the conversational AI system - Analyze user interactions, model outputs, and performance metrics to improve prompt-based systems - Work on optimizing algorithms for prompt generation and response to enhance system performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of prompt systems into products - Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of prompts to assess their effectiveness and efficiency - Address and resolve any issues related to prompt performance and user experience **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2-5 years of strong background in Python programming, database management, and data science methodologies - Prior experience with conversational AI systems or chatbot development - Strong research & analytical skills - Sound knowledge of Deep learning, transformer, GANs, VAEs, and LLM - Proven experience in natural language processing, prompt engineering, or similar roles - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy) GlobalLogic offers a culture of caring, emphasizing inclusivity and personal growth.
