Job Description

As a Java Developer at Morgan Stanley, you will be involved in the design and development of a real-time platform that requires fast calculations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement scalable RAG pipelines that integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources. - Develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure and improve model performance using custom metrics such as factual accuracy, latency, and coherence. - Create and refine prompts to optimize LLM outputs for specific business use cases. - Identify and resolve issues in model behavior, retrieval quality, and system performance. - Ensure all solutions comply with firmwide AI governance, risk, and control standards. - Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to model cards, audit trails, and performance dashboards. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong experience with GenAI solutioning, product development, or experimentation. - Deep understanding of RAG concepts, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and embedding models. - Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI search tools is a plus. - Experience with agentic frameworks and human-in-the-loop systems. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
