Job Description

Required Qualifications

Experience:

11-14 years
of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least
4-5 years
focused on architecting and deploying
Generative AI
or large-scale Deep Learning systems.
Deep Generative Experience:
Proven expertise in
LLMs
(customization, pre-training, fine-tuning),
RAG
, and other generative models (GANs, Diffusion Models).
Programming & ML Frameworks:
Expert proficiency in
Python
and major Deep Learning frameworks (
PyTorch
strongly preferred).
NLP Expertise:
Advanced understanding of modern
NLP
techniques, including transformer models and tokenization.
Cloud & MLOps:
Extensive experience architecting solutions on at least one major cloud provider (
AWS, Azure, or GCP
) using their respective ML/AI services (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI).
Architecture & Infrastructure:
Demonstrated experience in building high-availability, low-latency API services for model inference, utilizing containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with
Vector Databases
(e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and their role in RAG pipelines.
Prior experience in hardware selection and optimization for AI workloads (e.g., understanding NVIDIA GPU architectures).
Certifications in Cloud Architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Proven ability to drive the transition from initial prototype to enterprise-scale deployment
