Job Description

Generative AI Architect

Key Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end
Generative AI solutions
using LLMs, diffusion models, retrieval systems, and prompt engineering.
Evaluate and fine-tune
open-source and commercial LLMs
(GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral, etc.).
Design
RAG pipelines
, vector databases, prompt orchestration frameworks, and model evaluation workflows.
Lead development of
AI agents
, chat interfaces, copilots, and automated workflows for enterprise use cases.
Define and enforce
AI governance, security, compliance, and model monitoring
standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into existing applications and products.
Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and scalability across cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Stay updated with the GenAI ecosystem and perform POCs to evaluate new models, frameworks, and tools.
Mentor engineering teams and contribute to AI strategy, roadmaps, and best practices.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in
AI/ML
, with at least 23 years in
Generative AI
.
Strong understanding of
LLM architectures
, tokenization, embeddings, transformers, and model fine-tuning.
Experience with
RAG
, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate), and prompt engineering.
Proficiency in Python and frameworks like
PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex
, or equivalent.
Strong cloud skills
AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI
.
Expertise in designing scalable microservices, APIs, and AI pipelines.
Familiarity with
MLOps / LLMOps
, CI/CD for models, monitoring, and observability tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
