About Client

Hiring for One of the Most Prestigious Multinational Corporations

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy
AI/ML models
for NLP, GenAI, and LLM-based applications.
Fine-tune and optimize
pre-trained LLMs
(e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.) for specific use cases.
Implement and experiment with state-of-the-art
Deep Learning
architectures (e.g., Transformers, RNNs, CNNs).
Build and maintain scalable
ML pipelines
, including data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into real-world applications.
Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, GenAI, and NLP.
Analyze model performance, perform error analysis, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
Document technical designs, research findings, and best practices.

Technical Skills:

4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in
AI/ML model development
and deployment.
Strong experience in
Python
and ML libraries/frameworks such as
TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, scikit-learn
.
Solid understanding of
NLP techniques
: Named Entity Recognition, Text Classification, Summarization, Question Answering, etc.
Experience working with
LLMs
(e.g., OpenAI GPT, Cohere, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, or similar).
Proficiency in building
GenAI applications
like chatbots, copilots, content generators, or code assistants.
Experience with
ML Ops tools
and practices: model versioning, experiment tracking, CI/CD for ML.
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, Azure) and services related to AI/ML (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and good communication skills.

Notice period : 90 days

Mode of Work : 5 Days WFO
