Job Description

We are hiring a GEM Executive with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product/service listings and updates on the GeM portal.
  • Handle bids, tenders, quotations, and order processing.
  • Track new tenders and submit timely bids.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
  • Communicate with government buyers for queries and clarifications.
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with GeM rules.
  • Prepare regular reports related to GeM sales and tenders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on the GeM portal.
  • Strong understanding of GeM bidding/tendering process.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
