Job Title: GDS Operations Executive – Non-Voice (Mumbai) We’re hiring for a leading MNC in Mumbai! This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with 2+ years of hands-on experience in GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to join a reputed MNC in a non-voice, back-end travel process. Role Highlights: Handle flight bookings, cancellations, and fare modifications using GDS platforms. Manage PNRs, schedule changes, and ticket reissuance. Perform email/chat-based support—no voice calls. Maintain high accuracy and compliance with airline and company policies. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of GDS experience. Graduate (mandatory). Strong written communication skills in English. Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts and 2 rotational week offs.
