• Job Title: Trainer - General Duty Assistant (GDA)

Education Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Nursing, General Healthcare, or related field
• Certification in GDA/Healthcare sector courses preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for General Duty Assistant (GDA) courses.
• Use innovative teaching methods to engage learners effectively.
• Adhere to the curriculum guidelines set by NSDC/Sector Skill Councils.
• Content Development:
• Develop and customize training materials and lesson plans.

• Ensure alignment with updated industry practices and standards.

Learner Assessment:Industry Standards:Compliance and Reporting:Health and Safety Awareness:

• Conduct periodic assessments, tests, and evaluations to monitor learner progress.
• Provide feedback and coaching to help learners improve their skills.
• Keep up-to-date with healthcare practices and trends.
• Impart training that meets the standards of the healthcare industry and GDA job roles.
• Maintain accurate training records and attendance logs.
• Submit reports on training outcomes and learner progress to management.
• Educate learners about health and safety protocols.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards in training environments.Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Ability to use e-learning tools and platforms for blended learning.
• Hands-on knowledge of hospital/clinical operations and equipment usage.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience in healthcare services, nursing, or a similar role.
• Certification from relevant Sector Skill Councils (SSC) or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Experience in skill development training is preferred.
